SHIPPING:
If you would like tracking on your item, ensure you select the shipping option with tracking available. General shipping does not include tracking!

We are currently not offering customizations.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Because our orders are custom made, once your order is placed we offer a 3 hour window to cancel. Once that time frame passes, production of your item can be started and cannot be cancelled.
